RESOLUTION NO. 9 8 — 10 19
A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL PROPOSALS RECEIVED
IN RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NO. 96-97-110, WHICH WAS ISSUED BY THE CITY
OF MIAMI TO SOLICIT FIRMS FOR THE PROVISION
OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES ("EMS") BILLING
AND/OR COLLECTION SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT
OF FIRE -RESCUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. All proposals received in response to Request
for Proposals No. 96-97-110, which was issued by the City of
Miami to solicit firms for the provision of emergency medical
services ("EMS") billing and/or collection services for the
Department of Fire -Rescue are hereby rejected.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption by and signature of the Mayor'/.
l� If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at
the end of ten calendar days from the date it was passed and adopted. If
the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become effective immediately
upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
