RESOLUTION NO. 9 8- b 7 6- I
A RESOLUTION NOMINATING CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS
TO REPRESENT THE NEIGHBORHOODS OF LITTLE
HAVANA AND WYNWOOD, FROM WHICH SAID NOMINEES
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WILL SELECT
ONE INDIVIDUAL FROM EACH NEIGHBORHOOD TO
SERVE ON THE FEDERAL ENTERPRISE COMMUNITY
COUNCIL.
WHEREAS due to the expiration of terms for Frank Johnson and
William Rios, representing Little Havana and Wynwood
respectively, two vacancies exist on the Federal Enterprise
Community Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following individuals are hereby
proffered as nominees to serve on the Federal Enterprise
Community Council for the neighborhoods as designated herein:

Section 2. The Board of County Commissioners will select
two (1) representative from the Little Havana neighborhood and
one (1) representative from the Wynwood neighborhood to serve on
the Federal Enterprise Community Council, said selection to be
considered from the list of individuals proffered pursuant to the
herein Resolution.
