HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-98-0822J-98-974 9/8/98 RESOLUTION NO.y 8 `-' 2 2 A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND SINCEREST CONDOLENCES OF THE CITY COMMISSION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI AND ITS CITIZENS TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF CHARLES P. COX, III, UPON HIS UNTIMELY DEATH. WHEREAS, the Miami City Commission has been informed of the recent death of Charles P. Cox, III, the father of Charles P. Cox, IV; President of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Local #1907, the City of Miami General Employees union; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. On behalf of the citizens of the City of Miami, the City Commission hereby conveys to the family and friends of Charles P. Cox, III, its deepest sympathy and sincerest condolences upon his untimely death. Section 2.
