RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AND AUTHORIZING
THE SEVERANCE PAY TO BE RECEIVED BY CITY
ATTORNEY ALEJANDRO VILARELLO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission hereby authorizes that in
the event that City Attorney Alejandro Vilarello is involuntarily
removed from the position of City Attorney without cause, he
shall be entitled to severance pay in an amount equal to six (6)
months of the compensation package, plus one -hundred percent
(100%) pay -out of his accumulated leave, authorized pursuant to
Resolution No. 98-360, adopted April 14, 1998.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of _April , 1998.
