BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following individuals are hereby appointed as members of the Nuisance Abatement Board, each member to serve a term expiring May 5, 1998, or until the nominating commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first: Guillermo Revuelta Robert Valledor Commissioner Wifredo Gort Commissioner Humberto Hernandez Section 2. Two appointments are needed as follows: • Commissioner Gort has one nomination for a seat currently held by Guillermo Revuelta, whose term expired May 5, 1997. • Presiding Officer Hernandez has one nomination for a vacant seat formerly held by Pierre Rutledge, who resigned (copy of letter attached). For your information, attached please find a copy of the current membership of said board.
