HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-98-0088J-98-162 1/27/98 RESOLUTION NO. 9 8 — 88 A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND SINCEREST CONDOLENCES OF THE CITY COMMISSION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI AND ITS CITIZENS TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF THE RIGHT REVEREND MONSIGNOR JOHN W. HADDAD, UPON HIS UNTIMELY DEATH. WHEREAS, the Right Reverend Monsignor John W. Haddad, who recently passed away, served as Pastor of St. Jude Melkite Catholic Church for more than 25 years; and WHEREAS, during his 25 years of service he provided spiritual strength and support to many of the citizens in the community; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission, on behalf of the City of Miami and its citizens, to express its deepest sympathy to the family and friends of the Right Reverend Monsignor John W. Haddad; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. On behalf of the citizens of the City of Miami, the City Commission hereby conveys to the family and friends of the Right Reverend Monsignor John W. Haddad, its deepest sympathy and sincerest condolences, upon his untimely death. CITY COM�II83I0� MEETING OF JAN 2 7 1998 Resolution No. 98- 88 Section 2.
