BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following individual is hereby appointed as a reqular member of the Code Enforcement Board, to serve a term expiring February 10, 2000: APPOINTER- NOMTNATF.D RV Jasper Sweat Commissioner Arthur E.
