ENCLOSURES:
Commissioner
The merchants in the area of Little Havana have suffered significant losses as a result of
special events that require the closing of streets and leasing of parking meters in their
area. Therefore, it is appropriate that we direct administration to discuss the details of all
special events (scheduled to transpire in this area) that may affect the accessibility of
streets and/or the normal operation of parking meters with the Latin Chamber of
Commerce.
