AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 54 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "STREETS AND SIDEWALKS", BY AMENDING SECTION 54-190, ENTITLED "NONSTANDARD STREET WIDTHS", BY ADDING WEST DRIVE, BETWEEN MATHESON AVENUE AND STEWART AVENUE, IN THE COCONUT GROVE NEIGHBORHOOD; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on April 14, 1998, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 11644 approving the creaCenlrada f a Special Taxing District by Miami -Dade County for t neighborhood, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of r iding 24-hour stationary security guard service and interim v' g police patrol service; and WHEREAS, said ordinan ditioned the approval upon the applicant providing to the C' a warranty deed for West Drive in order to create a conve,vqbt% of 35 feet of right of way, open to the public, between And %nnecting Matheson Avenue and Stewart Avenue; and WHEREAS, 4e a"cant has provided to the City a warranty deed for West it is now in order to amend the City Code of the City of MIii, as amended, as hereinafter set forth; NOW, REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
