AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 42/ARTICLE V OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "POLICE/VEHICLE IMPOUNDMENT", BY PROVIDING DEFINITIONS, REPEALING THOSE PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE SEIZURE AND IMPOUNDMENT OF VEHICLES FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, AND BY ADDING A NEW PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED VEHICLES AND ILLEGAL DUMPING OF WASTE; MORE PARTICULARLY BY ADDING NEW SECTION 42-120 AND AMENDING SECTIONS 42-121, 42-122 AND 42-124; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
