AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1700 NORTHWEST 33RD STREET, FROM MAJOR INSTITUTIONAL, PUBLIC FACILITIES, TRANSPORTATION AND UTILITIES TO RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Qxto WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of December 17, 1997, Item No. 1, fo ing an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 75- vote of five to zero (5-0), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of Uindment to the Future Land Use Map of Ordinance No. 10�4 as amended, the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood P 9-2000, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City C on, after careful consideration of this matter, deems i advi ble and in the best interest of the general welfare this Comprehens NOW, THEREFOF OF MIAMI LORIDA: of Miami and its inhabitants to grant Planichange as hereinafter set forth; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
