A MOTION STIPULATING THAT TEATRO MARTI MUST DO THE FOLLOWING
WITHIN THE NEXT 30 DAYS:
(1) PAY ALL BACK TAXES DUE; AND
(2) PROVIDE ANY/AND ALL DOCUMENTS THAT ARE REQUIRED FOR HIM
AS A LOAN HOLDER;
IF THE ABOVE STIPULATIONS ARE NOT MET WITHIN 30 DAYS, THEN
FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS SHALL BEGIN; IF SAID TWO PROVISIONS
ARE MET, TEATRO MARTI REPRESENTATIVE MAY COME BACK IN FRONT
OF THE CITY COMMISSION TO TALK ABOUT MORTGAGE PAYMENTS DUE

14. No approved separation provided for storage area.
15. Inadequate illumination of means of egress at floor level.
16. Nonconforming locking device on exit door.
17. There is no approved fire alarm system.
