A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION DECLARING AN EXEMPTION FROM THE PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS CONTAINED IN SECTIONS 36-4(a) AND 36-5(a) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, AS THEY RELATE TO THE LEVEL AND HOURS OF NOISE RESULTING FROM FILMING THE "GRAPEVINE" TELEVISION SERIES, FROM DECEMBER 14, 1999 THROUGH MARCH 4, 2000, AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, SUBJECT TO CBS PRODUC:I'ION OBTAINING CONSENT FROM THE NEIGHBORS AT EACH FILMING LOCALITY. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. An exemption is herby declared from the prohibitions and restrictions contained in Sections 36-4(a) and 36-5 (a) of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, as they relate to the level and hours of noise resulting from the filming of the "Grapevine" television series, from December 14, 1999 through March 4, 2000, at various locations in the City of Miami, subject to CBS Production obtaining consent from the neighbors at each filming locality. ------------- CITY COMMSSION METING OF DEC 1 4 1999 Resolution No. C(i - �r a d) 0 Section 2. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
