RESOLUTION NO. 401 9_ 9 35
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT FIVE
(5) DEEDS OF DEDICATION FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES
AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION
OF SAID DEEDS IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-
DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami requires certain property for
street widening purposes in the City of Miami; and
WHEREAS, the City requested individual owners of certain
properties described herein to dedicate said land for street
widening purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners executed Warranty Deeds conveying said
property to the City of Miami; and
WHEREAS, said Warranty Deeds have been recorded in the
Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY

It is respectfully recommended that the City Commission adopt the
attached Resolution accepting five (5) Deeds of Dedication to the
City of Miami for Highway purposes and approving recording the
same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.
The Department of Public Works, through its continuing efforts to
secure dedications of needed public right-of-way for future
widening of City streets, has received five (5) Deeds of
Dedication.
The Department has reviewed these deeds, and has determined that
they aVte2now in order for acceptance by the City Commission.
