A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
ESTABLISHING .THE CITY OF MIAMI JURISDICTIONAL
BOUNDARIES COMMITTEE ("COMMITTEE") FOR A
PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED ONE YEAR TO EVALUAT
ADVISE AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE C
COMMISSION REGARDING POSSIBLE CITY OF M I

Section 4. Membership; residency requirement; wai
(a) Membership. The Committee shall consist of t

Residency requirement; waiver. All members of the
Committee shall be qualified electors of the City of Miami,
less the City Commission waives said requirement, by a four -

Section 5. Officers. The members of the Committee may
designate officers, other than chairpersons, as deemed necess

�i If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become
effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was
passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it
shall become effective immediately upon override of the veto by
the City Commission.
