HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-99-0905J-99-973 1111GI99 RESOLUTION NO.0 9 - J () 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO RESEARCH THE POTENTIALITY OF IMPLEMENTING A COMPUTER PROGRAM KNOWN AS LEGISTAR, A LEGISLATIVE AND AGENDA INFORMATION AND MANAGEMENT TRACKING SYSTEM; FURTHER DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO PRESENT A REPORT OF HIS FINDINGS TO THE CITY COMMISSION BY FEBRUARY 1, 2000. WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to explore the feasibility of acquiring the Legistarsystem, a computer software application for legislative and agenda information and management tracking; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to research the potentiality of implementing a computer program known as CITY CorOUSSION IMEETING OF NOV 1 6 1999 Resolution No. Legistar, a legislative and agenda information and management tracking system. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to present a report of his findings to the City Commission by February 1, 2000. Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor Y PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November 1999.
