HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-99-0671J-99-766 9/1/99 RESOLUTION NO. 0 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVISE INDIVIDUAL CITY COMMISSIONERS OF THE DETAILS OF ANY PROJECT, REGULATION, ACTIVITY OR ISSUE AFFECTING ANY PROPERTY WITHIN THAT COMMISSIONER'S DISTRICT PRIOR TO CONSIDERATION OF SUCH AN ITEM BY THE CITY COMMISSION. WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the citizens of Miami that individual commissioners are completely informed about all issues related to property within that commissioner's district to be considered for any action by the City Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The City Manager is hereby directed to advise individual City Commissioners of the details of any project, regulation, activity or issue affecting any property within that CITY COIXIISSION MEETING OF S E P 2 1 1999 FidsulutSou Nq. commissioner's district prior to consideration of such an item by the City Commission. Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor!'. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21:,t day of September , 1999.
