BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. An amount not to exceed $18,000 is hereby allocated from Special Programs and Accounts, Account No. 820101.250, for payment of compensation to Special Counsel, including any required related litigation services, for the Nuisance Abatement Board Y Section 2. Funds for said compensation are available from Fiscal Year 1999-2000 budgeted funds of the Office of the Hearing Boards, Account No. 820101-250. Special counsel to serve as legal advisor to the Nuisance Abatement Board is required because the City Attorney cannot both represent and prosecute code violations before the Nuisance Abatement Board. The compensation is payable as earned during the period of such counsel's employment.
