BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Attorney's engagement of the law firm of Locke Liddell & Sapp, LLP for legal services provided to the City of Miami, plus costs as approved by the City Attorney, in with the bankruptcy matter of Flying Boat, Inc. D/B/A/ PanAm Airbridge, (Aka Chalk's), U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District Of Texas, Dallas Division, Case No. 399-30339-RCM-11, is hereby authorized, with funds therefor, in an amount not to exceed $32,000.00, hereby allocated from the Self -Insurance and CITY CO SSt®N, MEETING ®p JUL 2 7 1999 Aesoluti ► .No. 99- 554 ft Insurance Trust Fund, Account Code No. 515001.624401.6.661, for said services.
