PACKGROTTND : The City is in the process of constructing a new guardhouse building located at 5780 N.E. 5 Avenue in the Morningside neighborhood. It is desirable and necessary to provide adequate water and sewer service to the new building; however, in order to provide that service, the water and sanitary sewer system must be improved with the installation of an 8-inch sewer main extension and two manholes. All costs for this project will be funded by the Special Taxing District through Capital Improvement Project No. 341204. Since Miami -Dade County owns the water and sewer system, operated by the Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department, it is necessary to enter into an agreement with the County designating and setting forth the terms and conditions for providing water and sewer services to the new guardhouse building. 5(lakla DHW/RM/JJK/LJ'ri/ee a9 - 4008
