Foem ENCLOSURES: City Clerk List of Members, Resolution The Off -Street Parking Board was created to operate, manage and control the off-street parking facilities of the city and all properties pertaining thereto. Pursuant to Section 23(a) of the Charter, members shall reside or have principal place of business in Miami, but no officer or employee of the City shall serve as a member. Three confirmations for appointment are needed at this time. The Off -Street Parking Board has made the following appointments to be confirmed by the City Commission: 1. Shalley A. Jones to replace vacant seat formerly held by Tanya Dawkins, whose term expired on December 2, 1997, and who was excessively absent. 2. Dr. Eduardo Padron, reappointment, term expired on December 2, 1998. 3. Margarita Rohaidy Delgado, reappointment, term expired on December 2, 1998. For your information, attached please find a copy of the current membership of said board.
