BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Fo nan City Clerk ENCLOSURES: List Of Members The City of Miami Affordable Housing Advisory Committee was created to review the j established policies and procedures, ordinances, land development regulations, the adopted City of Miami Consolidated Plan, and shall recommend specific initiatives to encourage or facilitate affordable housing, while protecting the ability of the property to appreciate in value. There are specific categories for each seat on this board. Three appointments are needed at this time: • Commissioner Sanchez has one nomination: for provider of affordable housing category seat currently held by Carlos Martel, who had been previously nominated by former 1; . Commissioner Hernandez. • The Commission at large has two appointments: for citizen category seats, one of which is vacant, and the other is currently held by Agustin Dominguez whose term expired. By copy of this memorandum, we are requesting the Agenda Office to place this issue on the I : January 12, 1999 Commission agenda. For your information, attached please find a copy of the current membership of said committee.
