CASE NO: 1999-0219 Pursuant to Article 4, Section 401 and Article 22 of Ordinance 11000, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance .of the City of Miami, Florida, the subject proposal for an amendment to the Zoning Atlas has been reviewed as follows: The request to change the Zoning designation in order to add to the actual designa- tion of G/I Government and Institutional the SD-10 Jackson Memorial Hospital Medical Center Overlay District. The following findings have been made: • It is found that the subject property was recently added to the Jackson Memorial Complex properties. • It is found that the SD-10 Overlay District was specifically created to address the complex issues related to the Jackson Memorial Hospital complex. • It is found that since the subject property is now part of the Jackson Memorial Hos- pital complex, the requested change is a logical extension of the SD-10 Jackson Me- morial Hospital Medical Center Overlay District. Based on these findings, the Planning Department is recommending approval of the ( application as presented. 11826 11826 i HI,IIAIII I,TI.I, . e 2 5 ST 12 i r milli IN E, ST. 3 0 Pv J0 43•.Dr' )7 .
