The purpose of the Class II Permit is specifically to ensure that such outdoor photography is conducted in a manner which will not be detrimental to adjacent properties or businesses. The requested amendment would specifically allow for an existing or future photographic office and/or studio to utilize outdoor areas (including rooftops of office buildings) for outdoor photography; said use would be very beneficial to the City of Miami in that it will serve to attract new businesses to the Biscayne Boulevard corridor.
