A RESOLUTION GF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ESTABLISHING SIXTY-FOUR (64) HOURS PER PAY PERIOD AS FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT FOR THE PURPOSE'S OF COMPUTING HEALTH, PENSION AND ~t~9PLOYEE BENEFITS, AS MAY BE APPLICABLE AND AS'~_OTHERWISE NOT FROHIFsITED, AS PERTAINS TO CERTAIN CITY PERSONNEL. WHEREAS, certain employees of the City require maximum flexibility iri performing the duties and responsibilities concomitant with their employment; and WHEREAS, the flexibility to adjust working hours is sometimes required in order to properly perform the duties assigned to those employees; and WHEREAS, the current requirement to work 40 hours per week in order to be considered a full time employee restricts the flexibility necessary for certain employees of the City of Miami; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO~IISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI , FLORIDA : ~~ Section 1. Additionally, attached is an analysis of the financial impact associated with this change.
