It was my understanding from the September 21, 1999 Commission Meeting that the City Manager's office would provide for the September 28, 1999 City Commission Meeting a detailed report on the opening date, job training, recruitment and hiring from the Overtown area as required in the sale of land for the New Winn -pixie supermarket. Commissioner Plummer also requested a report on if and why the City sought to involve the "Beacon Council" in any recruitment or training in this project. The item is Not on the agenda.
