AND REVISED ONGOING CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AND MADE
APPROPRIATIONS FOR NEW PROJECTS

to report the number of times the issue of the

section of the City Commission agenda under the section

Note for the Record: Commissioner Teele stipulated that
any Commissioner, the Manager, City Clerk and the City
Attorney could place items on the special agenda for
October 12"' until Wednesday. October 6"', further
directing that the following issues be included on said
agenda and analyzed by the Manager prior to October
12`':
1. Sister Cities budget be prepared for discussion;
2. Resolution relating to the Clerk of the Courts
regarding management resources:
3. Resolution relating to the external auditor.
NOTES AS DULY NOTED ON THE HEREIN AGENDA AND CITY CLERK'S
REPORT. WHICH CONSTITUTE A JOURNAL OF CITY COMMISSION
PROCEEDINGS, THE "UNANIMOUS" NOTATION NEXT TO THE VOTE ON EACH
AGENDA ITEM MEANS THAT ALL FIVE CITY COMMISSIONERS WERE
PRESENT AND VOTED "AYE" ON SAID ROLL CALL VOTE. NEGATIVE VOTES,
