WHICH ORDINANCE ADOPTED THE OPERATIONAL BUDGET AND MADE APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2000, AND REVISED ONGOING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AND MADE APPROPRIATIONS FOR NEW PROJECTS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN IN FISCAL YEAR 1999- 2000_ NON- A MOTION SCHEDULING A SPECIAL CITY AGENDA COMMISSION MEETING ON OCTOBER 12, 1999 AT 9 A.M., TO CONSIDER BUDGET ISSUES; FURTHER DIRECTING THE ADMINISTRATION TO PROVIDE WRITTEN ANALYSES AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE MAYOR'S PROPOSALS. S-4 Direction to the City Manager: by Commissioner Regalado to schedule on the October 12`t' Commission meeting consideration of the proposed "Save Our Seniors" ordinance. October 6"', further directing that the following issues be included on said agenda and analyzed by the Manager prior to October 12`': 1. Sister Cities budget be prepared for discussion; 2. Resolution relating to the Clerk of the Courts regarding management resources: 3. Resolution relating to the external auditor. NOTES AS DULY NOTED ON THE HEREIN AGENDA AND CITY CLERK'S REPORT. WHICH CONSTITUTE A JOURNAL OF CITY COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS, THE "UNANIMOUS" NOTATION NEXT TO THE VOTE ON EACH AGENDA ITEM MEANS THAT ALL FIVE CITY COMMISSIONERS WERE PRESENT AND VOTED "AYE" ON SAID ROLL CALL VOTE.
