within the various towing districts, for the purpose of
ensuring that all towing districts are equalized; further
directing the Administration to provide a list (including
the name of each vendor. as well as the amount of money
recommended); further directing the Administration to
provide a written advertisement on the rotation, by the
next City Commission meeting: further requesting that
the Administration provide the City Commission with
certain data (including figures in connection with the
number of Miami tows, versus an unincorporated Miami -
Dade County tows versus Broward Counting tows, etc.;
further requesting of the industry to find creative ways to
provide free towing to the City.
