Faroeyre "Pity a __ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA A public hearing will be held by the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, on September 28, 1999, at moo a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, to discuss a waiver of the conflict of interest prohibition provision con- tained in Section 2-612 of the City Code, in order to allow Ms. Evelin A. Barriel, a City employee, to participate in. the City's Affordable Ho- meownership Development Program and Slate Housing Initiatives Partnership Program (SHIP). in order for Ms. Barrie! to receive finan- cial assistance and participate in the abovementioned housing pro- grams administered by the City, and consummate the purchase of a condominium unit developed by the East Little Havana Community Development Corporation, a waiver of the conflict of interest provision contained In Section 2-612 of the City Code must be granted by the City Commission. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard con- ceming this item.
