ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN BY CHANGING
THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 16, 20, 24 AND 28
NORTHWEST 36TH COURT, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM
DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL TO RESTRICTED
COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING
TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of
April 21, 1999, Item No. 1, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 14-99, by a ig t to one (8-1) vote,
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of an amendment t e Future Land Use Map
of Ordinance No. 10544, as amendid, the Miami Comprehensive
Neighborhood Plan 1989-2000, as he eiafter set forth; and

this matter, deems it advisa in the best interest of the
general welfare of the C' y f Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this Comprehensive P1 n ch ge as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI,
Section 1. X The recitals and findings contained in the
Preamble to this Ordinance are hereby adopted by reference
