Commissioner Teele directed the City Manager and the City Clerk to notify the public by means of legal notices in periodicals, including The Miami Herald, as well as Cable Net 9 and the rolling marquis at Bayfront Park, in connection with (1) overgrown lots to be cleared by the City and charged to the property owner, (2) abandoned cars, and (3) unsafe structures. We have been informed by Ira Katz, Executive Director of Bayfront Park Management Trust, that the marquis at Claude and Mildred Pepper Bayfront Park is displaying the public notice concerning lot clearance. 2.)
