ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION,
WITH ATTACHMENT(S), AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND
USE MAP OF THE COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD
PLAN BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF
THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 600
N.W. 17TH AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM DUPLEX
RESIDENTIAL TO RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board., at its meeting of
November 12, 1998, Item No. 1, following an advertised hearing,
adopted by Resolution No. PAB 68-98, by a vote of five to zero
(5 - 0) , RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of an amendment to 6d,
Future Land
Use Map of Ordinance No. 10544, as amen the Miami
Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan 1989-2000, as )hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, a er areful consideration of
this matter, deems it advisable aMN the best interest of the
