As an Option, the Commission may elect to include a second parcel, an estimated 2.5 additional acres consisting of the City hall property, for a combined total of approximately 19.0 acres. The redevelopment project may include, without limitation, recreation, entertainment, cultural and/or education facilities, film, video and/or recording facilities, marine facilities, convention and/or conferencing facilities, hotel, residential, retail and office, public parking, and ancillary and support facilities.
