A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
EXTENDING TO MARCH 31, 2001, THE DATE FOR
WHICH THE REPORT BY THE BICENTENNIAL PARK/FEC
SLIP WATERFRONT RENEWAL PROCESS, AS DIRECTED.
BY RESOLUTION NO. 00-314, AND AS AMENDED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 00-550, MUST BE PRESENTED TO
THE CITY COMMISSION; FURTHER EXTENDING TO
MARCH 31, 2001, THE DATE FOR WHICH THE REPORT
BY THE CITY MANAGER FOR THE FLORIDA EAST
COAST RAILWAY (FEC) CORRIDOR REVITALIZATION
PROJECT, AS DIRECTED BY RESOLUTION
NO. 00-705, MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE CITY
COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The date for which the report by the
Bicentennial Park/FEC Slip Waterfront Renewal Process, as
directed by Resolution No. 00-314, and as amended by Resolution
No. 00-550, must be presented to the City Commission is hereby
extended to March 31, 2001.

Section 2. The date for which the report by the City
Manager for the Florida East Coast Railway (FEC) Corridor
Revitalization Project, as directed by Resolution No. 00-705,
must be presented to the City Commission is hereby extended to
March 31, 2001.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.'/

the end of ten calendar days from the date it was passed and adopted.
If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become effective
immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
