FOR REPRESENTATION OF MAYOR JOE. CAROLLO , IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000, IN THE MATTER OF DONALD H. WARSHAW v. THE CITY OF MIAMI, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, IN THE ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CASE . NO. 00-11244 CA 04; ALLOCATING FUNDS THEREFOR, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $5,000, PLUS COSTS AS APPROVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY, FROM THE SELF-INSURANCE AND INSURANCE TRUST FUND, ACCOUNT CODE NO. 515001.624401.6.661, FOR SAID SERVICES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Attorney's engagement of the law firm Sale & Kuehne, P.A., in the amount of $5.,000, for representation of Mayor Joe Caroll.o, in the matter of the Donald H. Warshaw v. the City of Miami, a municipal corporation, in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami -Dade County, Florida, Case No. 00-11244 CA-04, is hereby authorized, with funds therefor, in an amount not to exceed $5,000, plus costs as approved by the City Attorney, hereby allocated from the CITY COMMIS SION MEETING; OF, NOV 1 6 2000 Resolution No. 0 oI . { Self -Insurance and Insurance Trust Fund, Account Code No. 515001.624401.6.661, for said services. Warshaw v. the City of Miami, a municipal corporation, in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami -Dade County, Florida, Case No. 00-112445 CA-04 (J-00-822) The'attached Resolution authorizes the continued engagement of the law firm of Sale & Kuehne, P.A., in the amount of $5,000, for representation of Mayor Joe Carollo, in the matter of Donald H. Warshaw v. the City of Miami, a municipal corporation, in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami -Dade County, Florida, Case No. 00-112445 CA-04, in connection with counseling, providing legal advice, formulating legal strategy and acting as counsel with respect to the litigation for the case. The allocation of funds, in an amount not to exceed $15,000, plus costs as approved by the City Attorney, was authorized for this case by the City Commission pursuant to Resolution No. 00-546 on June 29, 2000.
