HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-00-1001J-00-1040 11/16/00 RESOLUTION NO. 0' 0 � 1 c' 1 � A RESOLUTION "OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION SCHEDULING A PUBLIC HEARING AT THE DECEMBER 14, 2000 CITY COMMISSION MEETING CONCERNING THE REPROGRAMMING OF 26TH YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000, PREVIOUSLY ALLOCATED FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT PURPOSES, TO THE MODEL HOUSING COOPERATIVE INC. FOR HOUSING ADMINISTRATION ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE GODOY VILLAS AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. A public hearing is hereby scheduled for the December 14, 2000 City Commission meeting concerning the reprogramming of 26th Year Community Development Block Grant funds, in the amount of $50,000, previously allocated for code enforcement purposes, to the Model Housing Cooperative Inc. for housing administration activities related to the development of the Godoy Villas Affordable Housing Project.
