Funding is available from the operating budget of Coconut Grove Convention Center Account Code No. 415000.350201. 3.40: BACKGROUND The air conditioning system at the Coconut Grove Convention Center requires service by a qualified and responsible air conditioning maintenance company to provide both preventative maintenance, and emergency service when needed. The Use Agreements for the facility state that air conditioning will be provided at each event booked at the Convention Center, so the adequate maintenance and repair of the system is essential to the operation of the facility. The Purchasing Department has analyzed the bids received pursuant to Bid No: 99-00-193R. Of the four (4) companies submitting a bid, Weathertrol Maintenance submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid, and it is recommended that the bid be awarded to them. ;g/ ed CAG/FKR/CPA/yp 00- 812 BID NUMBER: 99-00-1938 AWARD RECOMMENDATIOP#RM COMMODITY/SERVICE: A/C MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT C.G.C.C.
