A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 00-86, ADOPTED JANUARY 27, 2000, IN ITS ENTIRETY, WHICH ACCEPTED THE PLAT ENTITLED "CHURCH OF THE OPEN DOOR", A PROPOSED SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. 00-86 on January 27, 2000, accepting the plat entitled "CHURCH OF THE OPEN DOOR", accepting the dedications shown on the plat, and authorizing and directing the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the plat; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 00-86 further provides that the plat was to be recorded in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida; and - WHEREAS, Section 55-8(e) of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, requires the owner of the property being platted to cause the recordation of the plat by Miami -Dade County in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, within 120 calendar days of the approval of the plat by the City Commission; and WHEREAS, the owners of the "CHURCH OF THE OPEN DOOR" plat property did not cause the recordation of said plat by Miami -Dade County in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, within said 120 calendar days time period; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY RESCINDED REPEALED AMENDED SY: - dd-)7 `I . CITY COMOSSION MEETING OF SEP 1 4 2000 Resolution NO. 00— 73 . 10 OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Resolution No. 00-86, adopted January 27, 2000, which accepted the plat entitled "CHURCH OF THE OPEN DOOR", a proposed subdivision in the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby rescinded in its entirety. Section 2. The dedications accepted pursuant to Resolution No. 00-86 are hereby revoked. Section 3.
