All nine members' terms expire on July 26, 2000. • The Commission at large has four appointments to make for seats currently held by Bruno Carnesella, Henry Givens, Elena Carpenter and a vacancy created because Daniel Ricker resigned. • The Commission at large is requested to appoint four recommended individuals submitted by the Cocoanut Grove Village Council: Michael Spetko, Jay Windsor, Susan Billig, and Frank Balzebre. • The Commission at large is requested to reappoint Robert Masrieh, who is being recommended by the Off -Street Parking Department.
