The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this section. Section 2. The procurement of two John Deere tractors, Model 5310, with options, for the Department of Parks and Recreation, from the John Deere Company, under existing State of - Florida Contract No. 765-900-99-1, effective through April 30, 2001, subject to further extensions by the State of Florida, in a total amount not to exceed $35,162.04, is hereby approved, with funds therefor hereby allocated from the Department Of Parks and Recreation, Virginia Key Beach Operations Division Account Code No. 001000.580303.6.840.
