WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends the acceptance of the plat entitled "VILLA CHRISTINA SUBDIVISION"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Plat entitled "VILLA CHRISTINA SUBDIVISION" is a subdivision of the property described on ATTACHMENT 1, City of Miami, Miami -Dade County, Florida, which plat by reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein, and subject to all of the conditions required by.the Plat and Street Committee as set forth as Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby accepted. Since ownership is with several trustees, all parties will have to execute the final plat. 2. Secure requirements of all utility companies for final plat submittal. 3. BACKGROUND: The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat, and has determined that it is now in order for acceptance by the City Commission.
