Seven appointments are needed at this time: • Commissioner Winton has two nominations for members who had all been nominated by former Commissioner Plummer, as follows: (1) one seat currently held by Rafael Garcia - Toledo; and (2) one vacant seat created because Vicky Garcia -Toledo resigned. • Commissioner Sanchez has two nominations for vacant seats created because Ralph Arza resigned and Odalys Mons has not attended any meetings of the board. • Commissioner Teele has one nomination for vacant seat created because Denise Barrett has not attended any meetings of the board. • Commissioner Regalado has one nomination for seat currently held by Antonio Llano Montes, who exceeded the number of absences allowed by City Code. • Commissioner Gort has one nomination for seat currently held by Anselmo L. Alliegro, who exceeded the number of absences allowed by the City Code. For your information, attached please find a copy of the current membership of said board. By copy of this memorandum, we are requesting the Agenda Office to place this issue on the March 9, 2000 agenda.
