The committee will consider all issues related to outstanding and proposed debt obligations, and will vote on issues affecting or relating to the credit worthiness, security and repayment "of such obligations, including but not limited to procurement of services, structure, repayment terms and covenants of the proposed debt obligation, and issues which may affect the security of the bonds and ongoing disclosure to bondholders and interested parties. Two appointments are needed at this time: • Commissioner Sanchez has one nomination for seat currently vacant because Alex Fernandez resigned and declined to accept his reappointment made on February 10, 2000. • Commissioner Winton has one nomination for seat currently held by Mary .Ann David, who exceeded the number of absences allowed by the Code and who had been nominated by former Commissioner Plummer. For your information, attached please find a copy of the current membership of said committee. By -copy of this memorandum, we are requesting that the Agenda Office place this issue on the March 9, 2000 agenda.
