CONTAINED IN SECTIONS 36-4(a) AND 36-5(a) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, AS THEY RELATE TO THE LEVEL AND HOURS OF NOISE RESULTING FROM FILMING THE "THE FUGITIVE" TELEVISION SERIES, FROM MARCH 6 THROUGH MARCH 18, 2000, AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, SUBJECT TO WARNER BROS. TELEVISION PRODUCTION OBTAINING CONSENT FROM THE NEIGHBORS AT EACH FILMING LOCALITY. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: .Section 1. An exemption is herby declared from the prohibitions and restrictions contained in Sections 36-4(a) and 36-5(a) of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, as they relate to the 'level and hours of noise resulting from the filming of the "The Fugitive" television series, from March 6 through March 18, 2000, at various locations in the City of Miami, subject to Warner Bros. Television obtaining consent from the neighbors at each filming locality. 'CITY CobUeSSION KEETING or FEB 1 7 2000 Resolution No. `0 Section 2.
