A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION CONFIRMING THE BAYFRONT PARK MANAGEMENT TRUST'S ("BPMT") APPOINTING CHRISTINA ABRAMS AS ACTING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE BAYFRONT PARK MANAGEMENT TRUST ("BPMT") TO ACT AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE BPMT AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF ALL BPMT PROPERTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND FACILITIES AS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO SECTION 38-105 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED. WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution adopted on February 9, 2000, the Bayfront Park Management Trust ("BPMT") appointed Christina Abrams as Acting Executive Director of the BPMT; and WHEREAS, the City Commission may confirm the appointment of the Acting Executive Director of the BPMT; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section. The Bayfront Park Management Trust's ("BPMT") appointing Christina Abrams as Acting Executive Director of the BPMT to act as Chief Executive Officer of the BPMT and be responsible for the management and operation of all BPMT properties, activities, and facilities as required pursuant to Section 38-105 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, is hereby confirmed.
