Section 3. The Economic Development Committee (the "Committee") is hereby established for a period of 363 days, which time may be extended by the City Commission, if necessary. The purpose, powers and duties of the Committee are: (1) to review the status of economic development in - City of Miami; (2) to schedule meetings, as deemed necessary, wit embers of the community or other individuals or ti s to seek information and input concerni ec nic development; _ to present a report of the Committee's s to he City Commission within sixty (60) da s f e da of the adoption of the herein reso an ac ixty (60) days thereafter; To issue a final report.
