ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN BY CHANGING
THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1900-1902 AND 1910
SOUTHWEST 7TH STREET AND 710 SOUTHWEST 19TH
AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM MEDIUM DENSITY
MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO RESTRICTED
COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING
TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING
A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY
CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of
June 13, 2000, Item No. 3, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 28-00, by a vote of six to zero (6-0),
thus constituting a RECOMMENDAFOR APPROVAL of an amendment
to Ordinance No. 10544, 'Qy mNbg the Future Land Use Map by
changing the land use d'g�tion for the properties located at
approximately 1900-1902 an 1910 Southwest 7th Street and 710
Southwest 19th Ave ue from "Medium Density Multifamily
Residential" s icted Commercial", as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the ty Commission, after careful consideration of
this matter, eems it advisable and in the best interest of the
general we f re of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
th's Com he sive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
