AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1900-1902 AND 1910 SOUTHWEST 7TH STREET AND 710 SOUTHWEST 19TH AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of June 13, 2000, Item No. 3, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 28-00, by a vote of six to zero (6-0), thus constituting a RECOMMENDAFOR APPROVAL of an amendment to Ordinance No. 10544, 'Qy mNbg the Future Land Use Map by changing the land use d'g�tion for the properties located at approximately 1900-1902 an 1910 Southwest 7th Street and 710 Southwest 19th Ave ue from "Medium Density Multifamily Residential" s icted Commercial", as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the ty Commission, after careful consideration of this matter, eems it advisable and in the best interest of the general we f re of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant th's Com he sive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
