vaciones y reparaciones al Edificio de Oficinas y Teatro del
Centro Comunitario Manuel Artime y desestimar los pro-.
cedimientos regulares de competericia formal, mediante

nistrador de la Ciudad a aceptar` las ofertas responsables
mas bajas para dichas reparaciones.

Centro Comunitario Manuel Artime. Si alguna persona
deseara apelar cualquier'decisi6n de la Junta de
Comisionados en_ relaci6n con cualquier asunto tratado en
