Los cielistas pronto tendran mas
lugares en los que estacionar su
bicicleta, .una vez que entre en vi-
gor en julio la ordenanza pertinen-
te del. Condad'o. De acuerdo con
la nueva - ley, todos los parques,
centros comerciales, oficinas y
restaurantes con mas de 25 plazas
de estacionamiento para vehiculos
automotores tendran que anadir
espacio para estacionar bicicletas.
Los otros .tipos de inmuebles co -
rho, por ejemplo, iglesias, hospi-
tales, escuelas, naves y. tiendas de.
ventas al detalle que tengan mas
de 100 plazas de estacionamiento,;
tendran que agregar plazas para
estacionar bicicletas.
La ley se aplica unicamente a in-
muebles de la zona no constituida
en municipio del Condado de Mia-
mi -Dade aunque no a los de los 30
municipios.. El ninnero de plazas
aumenta. segue el tamano Ciel lote
de estacionamiento. Los propieta-
rios de inmuebles pueden instalar '
taquillas o recintos en lugar de pa-.
rrillas para bicicletas' o proporcio-
nar locales de almacenamiento en
un lugar cerrado. La ley dispone
que la zona de estacionamiento de,
bicicletas este debajo de un techo
o toldo, bien iluminada y cerca de
la entrada al inmueble. Las parri-
llas tienen que tener espacio sufi-
