Miami, Florida on March 2323 200t 9:30 a.m. in the City Commis-
sion Chambers at CityHa-117350-0, Pan American Drive, Miami, Flori-
da, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed
bids for the procurement of Cellular Digital Packet Data (CDPD)
services from AT&T Wireless Services, located at 3223 Commerce
Place; Suite 101, West Palm Beach, FL 33407; in a first year
amount not to exceed $225,000, funded from operating budgets of
various user departments, with the option to extend for three (3) ad-
ditional one year periods, at the discretion of the City. A maximum of
ten percent (10%) for the extension years will be allowed should*
there be cost increases in this service; however, all increases are
subject to negotiation with the City for approval of any requested in-
creases.

thatttthey might be able to satisfy the City's.requirement for this item
